I (Ishaq Hassan) created this skin for VLC media Player 

(All version's).... 

Instructions For applying this skin:

1. After download, place this file to the following location:

C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins

2. Open VLC.

3. Right Click on the Player then go to interface.

4. Goto Select skins and select Simply_1.0....

5. Enjoy ....
